Simplify. Organise. Automate.
FYER was created to help organisations solve a problem we’ve seen throughout our careers: too much time is spent managing complexity, navigating disconnected systems and completing manual tasks that technology should be helping with.
Many organisations already have the tools they need. The challenge is often understanding how work really happens, bringing structure to information, connecting systems and identifying opportunities to automate processes that consume valuable time and effort.
That’s where FYER comes in.
We help organisations simplify, organise and automate business operations. From process discovery and operational improvement through to workflow automation, system integration and ongoing support, our focus is always the same: helping organisations work more efficiently and get greater value from the technology they already own.
We believe technology should support people, not create more work for them. That’s why we focus on practical solutions that deliver measurable improvements rather than complexity for its own sake.
Meet the Team
Daniel Swithinbank
Founder
I’m the Founder of FYER and have spent my career helping organisations improve operations, technology and business processes across charity, public sector and commercial environments.
Throughout my career I’ve worked with organisations facing similar challenges: disconnected systems, fragmented information, manual processes and teams spending valuable time on repetitive administration.
What I’ve learned is that successful improvement isn’t about chasing the latest trend. It’s about understanding how work actually happens, identifying friction and creating practical solutions that make day-to-day operations easier.
Business process automation has become a particular passion because it combines process improvement, technology and problem-solving in a way that delivers genuine value to organisations of all sizes.
At its core, FYER is built around a simple idea:
Find the friction. Remove the complexity. Automate the work.

What Makes FYER Different?
FYER combines operational experience, finance expertise and modern technology capability.
Together, we bring experience spanning business operations, finance, Microsoft technologies, business systems, process improvement and automation. This allows us to take a practical approach to solving business challenges, focusing on outcomes rather than unnecessary complexity.
We don’t believe every problem needs a major transformation programme.
We don’t believe technology should be implemented simply because it’s new.
And we certainly don’t believe in creating complexity to justify consultancy fees.
Instead, we focus on understanding how organisations work, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing practical solutions that deliver genuine value.
Whether we’re organising information, connecting systems, improving finance processes, automating workflows or providing ongoing technical support, our goal remains the same:
Help organisations spend less time managing processes and more time delivering outcomes.
