Dan has overseen cloud migrations, communications deployments, multi-site technology rollouts, pipeline automations for on and off boarding, service mobilisations and wider digital transformation. His experience spans infrastructure, websites, automation, identity and access, data protection, safeguarding, governance and security-by-design.

Dan’s connection with technology began long before it became a career.
Originally from Germiston in South Africa, Dan grew up surrounded by engineering and developed an early fascination with discovering how things worked. That environment encouraged a willingness to investigate, experiment and solve problems rather than accept that something was simply too complicated.
That curiosity has remained constant throughout Dan’s career. What began with taking things apart to understand what was inside developed into more than two decades spent building digital systems that support people rather than slow them down.
Now based in Sevenoaks, Dan founded FYER with his son to offer organisations something straightforward, carefully governed and scalable solutions delivered by people who genuinely care about getting them right.
